My name is Reagan Sotelo and I am a licensed Esthetician and certified Sugarist. When I'm not meeting with clients, I can be found with my amazing husband and three beautiful girls.

 

I graduated from Douglas J Aveda in Grand Rapids in 2017. After working as a sugarist for a year in Grand Rapids, I took the leap to open Sugaring by Reagan in 2018.

 

My dream is to consistently foster a safe and welcoming environment for clients of any ethnic background, body type, lifestyle, etc. I worked with a trauma-specialized counselor in the Grand Rapids area to develop a curriculum for my staff to be trained in a trauma-sensitive approach to everything we do at the spa. We work hard to think outside the box to come up with creative and compassionate  solutions to make each client as comfortable as possible regardless of any emotional, mental, or physical challenges that may be present.

 

I absolutely love what I do because I get the daily opportunity to build into the lives of people in my community and to teach about the sweeter way to remove hair--sugaring!
